High Intensity Interval Training are widely considered as one of the most effective ways of making serious changes to your bodies performance and appearance.


Our classes are 45 minutes of high intensity cardiovascular training mixed in with strength training taught by one of our experienced coaches. Each instructor has a different twist on their HIIT class using their background in either Boxing, Muay Tai or Athletics but all giving the same result. An incredible 700 calorie burning class that will push you physically and mentally to your limit.
